Transcript Application Process

Due to COVID - 19 Pendamic condition, Entry in Ganpat University is restricted. Students are advised not to Visit University Campus and utilze the facility of online mode for all Student Services.

For The Student Admitted From 2005 to 2009

Kindly keep following documents ready before Online Application

  • Scan Copy of Original Mark-sheets (All semester/years)
  • Filled in Transcript Format (Download Transcript Format of your respective degree from the attachment below)
  • Transaction Receipt of Transcript application fees payment

For The Student Admitted From the Year 2010 Onwards

Kindly keep the following documents ready before Online Application.

  • Scan Copy or Original Mark-sheet (All semester/years)
  • Transaction Receipt of Transcript application fees payment

FOR THE WES VERIFICATION

Candidate who seeks for World Education Service (WES) verification / Document Verification has to follow guidelines and fill form accordingly. WES verification require for students and immigrants planning to study or work in the U.S. or Canada. Documents required at WES are (i) all semesters Mark-Sheet/Grade Card, (ii) Diploma/Degree Certificate, (iii) Transcript and (iv) latest WES Academic Records Request Form filled with WES reference no, your detail and your sign.

The fees for per 15 copies of One Degree and subsequent copy at the Rate of Rs. 100/- per copy.

The fees is Rs. 1000/- for One Degree (Including Electronic Transfer to WES - CANADA/US, No Need to Send Physical copy to Canada/US)

Rs. 300/- to 1000/-

The document Verification fees is Rs. 100/- per certificate, subject to minimum Rs.300/- and maximum of Rs. 1000/- for One Degree

Plus Postage Charges As Given Below, Applicable if requested through physical mail.

Within Gujarat : Rs. 150/- + 18% GST = Rs.177

Within India     : Rs. 300/- +18% GST = Rs. 354

Abroad: Rs. 2000/- +18% GST = Rs. 2360 or as Actual on weight whichever is higher. (No need to Pay Postage Charges for WES, it will Electronically Transfer from Ganpat University to WES)

Note: The Fees paid are not refundable and not adjustable. 

Multiple delivery addresses require to pay multiple postage charges as

applicable rates.
