Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology-Ganpat University. The department of Mechanical Engineering started in 2014 and has made outstanding progress in the last 11 years.

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest and most versatile branches of engineering — often regarded as the backbone of the industrial world. It plays a vital role in shaping technology and infrastructure that drive progress in every sector of society.

Our diploma and degree integrated program in Mechanical Engineering focuses on developing strong practical and technical skills among students. The curriculum is designed to blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on training in areas such as design, manufacturing, maintenance, and automation. Students are encouraged to work on real-life projects, use modern software tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CNC simulation, and gain valuable industrial exposure through workshops and internships.
