Description
The Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Diploma Engineering, Ganpat University, organized a one-day educational visit on 09/09/2026 to Gujarat Vidhansabha Sachivalaya and AmulFed Dairy, Ahmedabad. The visit was planned to provide students with practical exposure beyond the classroom and to help them understand the functioning of important public institutions as well as modern dairy processing and industrial operations.
The primary objectives of the educational visit were:
- To provide students with practical and experiential learning outside the classroom.
- To understand the functioning and administrative framework of the Gujarat Vidhansabha Sachivalaya.
- To familiarize students with the role and functioning of important government institutions.
- To provide exposure to modern dairy processing, production and quality-control practices at AmulFed Dairy.
- To understand industrial processes, plant operations, hygiene, safety and quality management.
- To bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications.
- To develop awareness about career opportunities in government institutions and industrial organizations.
