Description
A one-day industrial visit to TOPS Technologies is designed to give students practical exposure to the workings of the IT industry. The day typically begins around 10:00 AM with a welcome session, where students are greeted by the TOPS team and introduced to the day’s agenda. This is followed by a brief presentation about the company, covering its history, services, technologies used, and career opportunities. Senior trainer Mr. Dhruv Patel and Mr. Atul Jain assist us with providing information on topics like Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Latest trends in IT technology, Importance of coding skills and Explaining Front End and Back End in Web Development.
Afterward, students are taken on a guided tour of the development labs and workspaces to observe live projects and team operations. A short interaction happened with mentors and staff. Students participate in an interactive topics like web development, mobile apps, or project management, depending on the specialization. The day wraps up with a Q&A session, career guidance from experts and feedback collection. Finally leaving students with valuable insights into the IT industry's professional environment and the skills required to succeed.
